How to use - Add 1 to 2 teaspoonful of natural yoghurt (without sugar or fruit juice) into the glass jars. - For a preparation time of 5 to 6 hours, heat up the milk to 90°C and allow it to cool to approx. - If cold milk (at refrigerator temperature) is used, it will take 8 to 9 hours to make yoghurt. - Divide the milk equally into the glass jars and thoroughly mix the yoghurt with the milk. - Dry culture can be used instead of natural yoghurt. Simply follow the instructions given by the manufacturer of this product. Memory dial As a reminder, set the memory dial to the finishing time. Depending on the model, this is done by sliding the button on the front panel or by turning the small disk on the top lid to the respective finishing time.
