C) Grating, shredding, slicing & Julienne cutting First select the desired working disc. each disc has Different functions on each side. The name of each disc can be found on the black plastic holder in the centre. Place the working container onto the motor unit, with the handle to the right, and turn it clockwise until it locks into place with a click ( ). Place the drive shaft into the working container. Place the selected disc onto the drive shaft with the desired function facing upwards. Place the lid onto the working container and turn clockwise to lock ( ). Add ingredients by means of the feed tube. Always use the appropriate food pusher when adding ingredients by means of the feed tube. D) Whipping cream & beating egg whites/Emulsifying/ Preparing dressings Place the working container onto the motor unit, with the Handle to the right, and turn it clockwise until it locks into place with a click ( ).
