Connect a different cable to check that printing can be done. Wrong printer settings on Windows On the Windows control panel, choose the Printers icon and make sure that the printer settings have been made to connect to the port used (example: LPT1). Printer not in online mode Confirm that the ON LINE light is lit. (page 20) TD cartridge or drum cartridge Make sure that the TD cartridge and drum cartridge is not installed properly installed properly.
