XL-DV70H To change the audio channel You can select an audio channel. Whilst a disc is playing, press the AUDIO button repeatedly to select the desired audio channel. The audio channel changes as follows on SVCD/VCD: CHANNEL : [MONO L] CHANNEL : [MONO R] CHANNEL : [STEREO] ENGLISH To cancel the disc digest: Press the CLEAR/STOP button. Notes: The disc digest function works only during playback. This function is not available with an audio CD. Notes: The audio channel may not be changed on some discs. Audio button cannot function on audio CD. Digest selection of discs and tracks Track digest selection Each track is divided into 9 sections. You can look at the sections and select the scene you want to start watching from. This function is convenient when you want to start from the middle of an undivided track, for example, a movie. 1 During playback, press the SUB TITLE/DIGEST button. The track being played will be divided into 9 sections and playback will be paused. Playback will start from the selected scene after pressing the DVD/CD / button. Playback will be started from the selected track after pressing the DVD/CD / button. When there are more than 9 tracks on the video CD: Each press of the button will display the next 9 tracks. Condensation Sudden temperature changes, storage or operation in an extremely humid environment may cause condensation inside the cabinet (CD pickup, etc. ) or on the transmitter on the remote control. Condensation can cause the unit to malfunction. If this happens, leave the power on with no disc in the unit until normal playback is possible (about 1 hour). Wipe off any condensation on the transmitter with a soft cloth before operating the unit. E-52 References No sound is heard. Symptom The radio makes unusual noises continuously.
