The table shows which temperature setting is suitable for each type of food. The cooking time may vary according to the type, weight, thickness and quality of the food. The heat setting selected depends on the type of pan used. Frying programs
These programmes should only be used with pans recommended for the frying function. Selecting the desired program Select the hotplate:

The program is now selected. The temperature symbol stays lit until the set temperature is reached. Then the signal sounds and the temperature symbol light goes out.
