Using lower power levels increases the cooking time which is recommended for foods such as cheese, milk and long slow cooking of meats. Consult cookbook or recipes for specific recommendations. To defrost other foods or foods above or below the weights allowed on Defrost Chart below, use time and 30% power. See Manual Defrost on page 11. 5 After the 1st stage, open the door.
