Depending on the size of your ear cup you can use ear cushions of another size from those supplied. With your fingers carefully pull on the ear cushions to detatch them from the sports. Select from the supplied ear cushions ones that are suitable for your use. Push these directly onto the ear clips until they slip into the recesses on the ear clips. Place the neckband of the sport headphones so that the band runs around the back of your neck. Then lightly press the ear cushions into your ears. The sports headphones are equipped with a 3. In the event that your audio device has been provided with a different connection for headphones you can use, if necessary, a suitable adapter (not supplied).
