Turning the machine on
Youcanpreparethemachineforprogram selectionbypressingthe"On/Off"button. Whenthe"On/Off"buttonispressed, the "Ready"lightilluminatesindicatingthatthe doorisulocked. Pressthe"On/Off"button againtoshutdownthemachine.

Program selection
Selecttheappropriateprogramfromthe programtableandthefollowingwashing temperaturetableaccordingtotype, amountanddegreeofsoilingofthelaundry. Selectthedesiredprogramwiththe programselectionbutton.

Dependingonthetypeoftextile, the followingmainprogramsareavailable: Youcanwashyourdurableclotheswith thisprogram. Yourlaundrywillbewashed withvigorouswashingmovementsduringa longerwashingcycle.

completewashingprocess, including wash, rinseand, ifrequired, spin cycles. Normallysoiled, white cottonsandlinens.

Youcanwashyourdelicateclothes onthisprogram. Ithasmoresensitive washingmovementsanddoesnotmake intermediatespinningcomparedto "Synthetic"program.
·Woolens
Youcanwashyourmachine-washable woolengarmentsonthisprogram. Wash byselectingthepropertemperature accordingtothelabelsofyourclothes. Itisrecommendedtouseappropriate detergentsforwoolens.
·Hand Wash
Youcanhaveyourclothesspunatthe maximumrpmselectiononyourmachine byusingtheselectionknobinmodels equippedwithanrpmselectionknob. In ordertoprotectyourclothes, yourmachine willnotspinabove800rpmonsynthetic programsand600rpmonwoolens program. Furthermore, ifyouwanttoskip thespincycleandtakeyourclothesout, turntherpmselectionknobto"nospin" position. Inmachinesnotequippedwithaspinspeed selectionknob, themachinewillspininthe maximumpossiblerpminthedefaultsetting oftheselectedprogram.
Youcanwashyourwoolen/delicateclothes thatbear"notmachine-washable"labels forwhichhandwashisrecommendedon thisprogram. Itwashesthelaundrywith verytenderwashingmovementswithout damagingyourclothes.

Forexample, pressandholdthe"Start/ Pause/Cancel"buttonfor3secondsto "Cancel"theprograminordertoselect "Cottons40"programinsteadof"Cottons 60"program. Selectthe"Cottons40" programbyrotatingtheprogramknob. Press"Start/Pause/Cancel"buttontostart theprogram.
Switching the machine to standby mode

5 Maintenance and cleaning
Detergent Drawer
Removeanypowderresiduebuildupinthe drawer. Todothis; 1. Pressthedottedpointonthesiphon inthesoftenercompartmentandpull towardsyouuntilthecompartmentis removedfromthemachine.
Child-proof lock
Youcanprotecttheappliancefrombeing tamperedbychildrenbymeansofthechildprooflock. Inthiscase, nochangecanbe madeintherunningprogram. Themachineisswitchedtochild-lockby pressingthe1stand2ndauxiliaryfunctions fromtheleftfor3sec. 1stauxiliaryfunction lightwillflashcontinuously. Todeactivate thechild-prooflock, pressthesamebuttons for3sec.

Ending the program through canceling
Inordertocanceltheselectedprogram, pressthe"Start/Pause/Cancel"buttonfor3 seconds. Themachinestartstodischarge thewater. "Wash"and"ProgramFinished" lightswilllightup. "Start/Pause/Cancel"and "Wash"lightswillgooffafterdischarging processisoverandthe"Lid"lightwillstart flashing. "Lid"lampwilllightupcontinuously whenthedoorisunlocked. Iftheprogramiscancelledinthemiddle oftheprocess, "Wash"and"Program Finished"lightswilllightup. Themachine candrainallthewaterorcantakeinwater for3timesatmosttocooldowntheclothes andcompletedrainingprocess. Whenthe waterdischargingprocessiscompleted, the"Wash"lightwillgooff, the"Program Finished"lightwilllightupandthe"Lid" lightwillcontinuouslyflashuntilthedooris unlocked.
End of program
waterandsoftenermixturestartsto gatherinthesoftenercompartment, thesiphonmustbecleaned. Washthedispenserdrawerandthe siphonwithplentyoflukewarmwater inawashbasin. Replacethedrawerintoitshousing aftercleaning. Checkifthesiphonis initsoriginallocation.
Inlet water filters
Thereisafilterattheendofeachwater intakevalveatthebacksideofthemachine andalsoattheendofeachwaterintake hosewheretheyareconnectedtothetap. Thesefilterspreventtheforeignsubstances anddirtinthewatertoenterintothe machine. Filtersshouldbecleanedasthey getdirty. · Closethetaps.
The"ProgramFinished"lamponthe programfollow-upindicatorwilllightup whentheprogramcomestoanend. Thelid isunlocked2minuteslater, the"Program Finished"and"Lid"lampswilllightup continuously. Themachineisnowreadyfor asecondcycle. Ifanykeyispressedwhenthemachineis attheendoftheprogramoriftheposition oftheselectionknobischanged, the "ProgramFinished"lightwillgooffandonly the"Lid"lampwillremainaslit. Ifthedoor isstilllocked, the"Lid"lightwillcontinue flashinguntilthedoorisunlocked. Pressthe"On/Off"buttontoshutdownthe machine.
