4. 1. 6 Circuit board thermal protection The appliance is provided with a device that constantly measures the temperature of the electronic circuit board. If the temperature surpasses certain values, the device will activate certain functions to lower the temperature and allow the glass ceramic hob to continue to work correctly. Below is a table with the operations that are activated automatically and the relative start temperature:

6. AVAILABLE ACCESSORIES
The ovens feature 4 runners for positioning trays and racks at different heights. Main Oven Auxiliary Oven
Oven rack: for cooking food inside dishes, small cakes, roasts or foods that require slight grilling. Tray rack: for placing on top of a tray for cooking foods which may drip. Oven tray: for collecting fat from foods placed on the rack above. Baking tray: useful for cooking cakes, pizza and baked desserts. Rotisserie rod: useful for cooking chicken, sausages and all foods which require uniform cooking over their entire surface. Only for auxiliary oven.
Main oven rotisserie frame: to be inserted on the oven runners before using the rotisserie rod. Chromium-plated gripper: for removing hot racks and pans.
Roof liner: remove it to make cleaning inside the oven easier.

7. COOKING HINTS
In fan-assisted mode preheating should be carried out at 30/40°C above the cooking temperature. [. . . ] This is an absolutely normal phenomenon which disappears after the first cleaning cycle. Before starting the automatic cleaning cycle, make sure that the oven does not contain any foods or large spills from previous cooking operations. During the pyrolysis cycle, a door locking device makes it impossible to open the door.
