DESCRIPTION
The plate consists of an aluminium core enclosed between two layers of stainless steel. This particular structure enhances thermal conductivity (hot or cold) and ensures the highest levels of hygiene. It can also be used inside the fridge or freezer as a container for keeping food. 

USING ON GAS HOBS
Do not use on glass hobs,  on multiple burners,  Ultra-rapid or UR2 burners. Do not use rough or abrasive materials or sharp metal scrapers. 

It is easier to clean the plate when it is still warm. Do not submerge it in water immediately after use; wait for it to cool. GREASE: Wash in warm water and ordinary washing up liquid.
