The required tape length for the currently selected disc appears, followed by the total playing time for side A and side B respectively (Tape Select Edit). You cannot use Tape Select Edit for discs containing over 20 tracks. â· You cannot use Tape Select Edit for discs containing MP3 files. You can listen to music with more powerful sound. "GROOVE" appears in the display and the volume switches to power mode (DBFB is also turned on). The system automatically turns on about 30 seconds before the preset time. Do not operate the system until the recording starts. â· If the system is on about 30 seconds before the preset time, the timer-recording will not be activated. You can listen to music with stronger bass tones. The audio emphasis menu lets you select the sound characteristics according to the sound you are listening to. You can adjust the sound by raising or lowering the levels of specific frequency ranges, then store the personal file (P FILE) in the memory. Select the audio emphasis you want for your basic sound first. "LOW" appears and you can adjust the low frequency band. "SURROUND" appears if you select an effect with surround effects. When you store a new setting, the previous setting will be canceled.
