Notes on use
· Do not place the unit in locations that are: ­ Extremely hot or cold ­ Dusty or dirty ­ Very humid ­ Vibrating ­ Sandy ­ Exposed to direct sunlight · Do not apply mechanical shock or drop the unit. · Be sure that nothing metallic comes into contact with the metal parts of this unit. If this happens,  a short circuit may occur and the unit may be damaged.  [. . . ] Note: Make sure to connect the AC adapter designed exclusively for your Sony Personal Communicator. 

2 Confirm the battery. 
Make sure the battery is installed in the Sony Personal Communicator. 

3 Set the Sony Personal Communicator on the cradle. 
Set the hollow pit of the Sony Personal Communicator onto the projecting tab of the charging cradle as shown. 

Push down on both upper sides of the Sony Personal Communicator until it clicks into place.
