Notes on Disassembly and Reassembly
The disassembly procedure requires at least 2 people. You will need the following tools for this procedure: a screwdriver with either a philips or a 1/4" hex-head bit; an open-end or socket 7/16" wrench. The CRT projection assembly is exposed during the separation of the cabinet. IMPORTANT: When reassembling the cabinet,  first fasten the two bolts on each side of the CRT

assembly (see step 3 ) to ensure that the top and bottom portions of the cabinet are aligned properly. IMPORTANT: When reassembling the cabinet,  make sure that the the wire harness is reconnected (see step 4 ). If this is not done,  the TV's Flash Focus feature will not function.
