The Channel Index menu provides a quick and easy way to: a) View a complete list of the programmes available for selection. To check you are in digital mode, press the button on your remote control. An Info display appears on screen providing brief details for both the current and next programme. Press the button to remove the Info display from the screen then press the OK button to display the Channel Index menu. This menu contains a list of programmes, with the present programme being shown in a preview screen at the top right of the menu. Press the V or v buttons to move up and down the list to highlight your desired programme. If you do not wish to view one of the 6 programmes displayed, press the RED or GREEN button to display the previous or next 6 programmes. Once the programme you want is highlighted press the OK button to preview the programme on screen. If however, you have previously allocated a Parental Control age limit in the Main Menu, and the programme exceeds that limit, you will be asked to enter your PIN before the preview is allowed. Programmes that exceed the age limit are identified by a symbol. With the Channel Index menu on screen, press the V or v buttons to highlight the channel you want as a favourite. Press the V or v buttons to select the personal folder in which you wish to store the channel, then press OK to confirm. The Channel Index will now only contain programmes relating to your chosen category. Some examples of category types are as follows: This is a list compiled from the programmes you view most often. This list contains the last 5 channels you have watched. This list contains channels you have stored in this folder as favourites. This list contains all the movies available for viewing. This is a complete list of all available programmes. [. . . ] Contact a local installer to find out which transmitter you should be pointing your aerial at. Change your aerial to cover the channels used by digital programmes. (Contact a local installer) Ensure aerial is correctly aligned to transmitter.
