The Mount Adaptor LA-EA1 is an adaptor for a Sony Interchangeable Lens Digital Camera with an E-mount (referred to below as "camera"). Use the Mount Adaptor when attaching an Lens with an A-mount (referred to below as "lens"). To remove the tripod attachment Fully loosen the attachment screw by turning it in the opposite direction from when attaching it, and then remove the tripod attachment. Do not attach anything (teleconverter etc. ) to the front or rear of the mount adaptor. AF (Auto Focus) is not available with the mount adaptor. When using a lens with a focus mode switch, set it to MF (Manual Focus). When shooting in manual focus, look at the LCD screen or finder to focus. Depending on your lens, the actual distance may differ slightly from the distance scale of the lens. When shooting with the mount adaptor, the minimum focal distance may increase. Be careful not to subject the mount adaptor to mechanical shock while attaching it. [. . . ] To prevent mold, do not keep the mount adaptor in a very humid place for a long time.
