You can adjust the total recording time to the tape length while making a program. SYSTEM POWER m ON
6 Repeat steps 4 and 5 to program the
remaining tracks you want to record on side A in the order you want them to be recorded.
7 Press P on the remote to pause
recording at the end of side A. The total playing time "0. 00" is displayed.

Each time you press CHECK, the number of the programmed tracks appear in the display. To cancel program edit Press PLAY MODE repeatedly until "PROGRAM" or "SHUFFLE" disappears from the display.

Selecting The Audio Emphasis
Your stereo system is provided with 20 different preset effects (music menu) created from different graphic equalizer and surround effect settings. With the press of a single button, you can choose between a variety of effects according to musical genre or use. The personal file function (see page 20) lets you store your own effects.
