If "Service Pack 3" appears under "System" on the [General] tab in the [System Properties] dialog box, SP3 is installed. 1 Turn on your computer. Caution Be sure to log on as a user with "Administrator" access privileges. 2 Connect the drive to the power outlet with the AC power adapter and to your computer with the USB cable.
