If the battery is charged in an extremely cold or hot environment which is beyond the system's operating temperature range, charging may complete within a short time. In this case, battery endurance will be shorter than usual. Charge the battery in an environment where the temperature range is 5 ºC to 35 ºC. To charge your iPod (only when using the AC adaptor) When playing an audio input device connected to the AUDIO IN jack, stop playback of your iPod and remove it from the system. Even if you connect a radio to the AUDIO IN jack, radio signals may not be receivable, or signal reception may be greatly reduced. Disconnect the stereo mini cable from the system when not used. Leaving the stereo mini cable plugged in can result in noise. You can use the system as a battery charger for your iPod when the power is supplied by the AC adaptor.
