E STANDBY indicator Lights up in red when the unit is in standby mode. Notes · While the unit is in the standby mode, the unit turns on when a sound of a TV is detected. However, it may not turn on if the sound of a TV is very small. · The unit enters the standby mode automatically when there is no sound input from a TV for about 5 minutes. F SOUND FIELD indicator Shows the status of the SOUND FIELD. The indicator of the selected sound field lights up in green. When the volume level is set to maximum or minimum, the indicator flashes 6 times in quick succession. If you are using a Sony TV, the G I operations can be performed with the remote control of the unit. G TV VOL 2 +/ button Adjust the TV volume. TV MUTING button Activates the TV's muting function. I TV INPUT t button Selects the TV input.

Installing a battery
Slide and remove the battery compartment lid, and insert the two supplied R03 (size AAA) batteries, E side first, matching the polarities shown below.

· Do not mix an old battery with a new one or mix different types of batteries. · Do not leave the remote control in an extremely hot or humid place. · Do not expose the remote control sensor to direct sunlight or lighting apparatuses.
