During a large-output operation or when using for an extended period, the sound may be interrupted by the circuit protector inside the unit. Should any problem persist, consult your nearest Sony dealer. Check that this woofer and components are connected correctly and securely. Turn LEVEL clockwise to turn the volume up. Turn off the power switch and then turn it back on. Set the CUT OFF FREQ as high as possible when playing back the Dolby digital. The contacts between the plugs of the connecting cords and the corresponding jacks have not been made properly. The audio system is picking up some noise from a TV set.
