Should the fuse need to be replaced, use a 5 AMP FUSE approved by ASTA to BS 1362, ie one that carries the ASA T the mark. IF THE PLUG SUPPLIED WITH THIS APPLIANCE IS NOT SUITABLE FOR THE OUTLET SOCKETS IN YOUR HOME, IT SHOULD BE CUT OFF AND AN APPROPRIATE PLUG FITTED. [. . . ] Select ‘Sub contrast’ and adjust to 7. 3-4. Adjust the focus control on the flyback transformer for the best focus at the centre of the screen. Bring only the centre area of the screen into focus, the magenta ring appears on the screen. In this case, adjust the focus to optimize the screen uniformly.

HOW TO ENTER INTO SERVICE MODE
1. Turn on the main power switch and enter into the stand-by mode. Press the following sequence of buttons on the Remote Commander.

Is available by pressing ‘TEST’ button twice, OSD ‘TT’ appears. The functions described below are available by pressing the two numbers. To release the Test mode 2, press 0 twice, or switch the TV into stand-by mode. Note : ‘TT’ modes 40 - 49 require the TV set to be in programme 59 before the command is accepted.
