SONY SMITH Erasing a memory location 1 Display the name and phone number you want to erase by doing steps 1 and 2 on page 27. SONY 2 Press (SELECT). DIAL EDIT ERASE 3 Make "ERASE" flash using the Jog lever, then press (SELECT). ERASE NO YES 4 Make "YES" flash using the Jog lever, then press (SELECT). " 32US Answering Machine Features Setting the number of rings You can select the number of times the phone rings before it answers to take a message.
