The following icon is used in this manual: Check that you have received the following supplied items: · Insert two R6 (size-AA) batteries, matching the + and  on the batteries with the markings inside the battery compartment. With normal use, the batteries should last for about 6 months. When the remote no longer operates the amplifier, replace all the batteries.
