[. . . ] Set the SPEAKER IMPEDANCE selector on the rear panel of the power amplifier to the bottom position when making normal connections to speakers with a nominal impedance greater than 8 ohms, or making BTL connections to speakers with a nominal impedance greater than 16 ohms.
