Communicating without an Access Point (computer-to-computer)
A computer-to-computer network is a network in which a local network is created only by the wireless devices themselves, with no other central controller or Access Point. Each device communicates directly with other devices in the network. You can set up a computer-to-computer network easily at home. To communicate without an Access Point (computer-to-computer), proceed as follows: 1 Turn on the wireless switch. If your computer supports Bluetooth, the Wireless Device Switch dialog box appears. Select the Enable 2. 4 GHz Wireless LAN check box and deselect the Enable Bluetooth Device check box, then click the OK button. Right-click the network icon in the taskbar displaying Wireless Network Connection. The Wireless Network Connection dialog box appears. [. . . ] Do not use solvents such as benzene, thinning agents, commercially available cleaners or anti-static spray, as they may cause damage to the disc. For normal cleaning, hold the disc by its edge and use a soft cloth to wipe the surface from the centre out. If the disc is badly soiled, moisten a soft cloth with water, wring it out well, and use it to wipe the surface of the disc from the centre out. Wipe off any remaining moisture with a dry soft cloth.
