Quick Installation Guide

WIRING AND OPERATION
1.  [. . . ] Peak the signal by slowly moving the azimuth and elevation of your antenna. When the signal level shown on the Satellite Finder becomes full scale,  turn the control knob counter clockwise to reduce the level to around 5. Continue to move the antenna until you achieve signal level with the highest possible meter reading and the highest possible buzzer pitch. Additional feature: 13V and 18V LED to indicate the polarization. You can adjust the polarization to achieve optimum signal level for both polarizations. The 22KHz signal of the receiver is commonly used to switch LNB frequency between high and low band. By switching the frequency on your receiver you can adjust the highest signal level on both frequencies with the Satellite Finder. Remove the Satellite Finder and reconnect the LNB to your receiver.

To avoid a continuous full scale reading,  do not use the Satellite Finder directly in front of the antenna.  [. . . ] D) LED marked with 18V: The receiver is sending 18V power to switch the LNB to the horizontal polarisation.
