Further, the warranty does not cover Acts of God or acts of nature, such as fire, flood, hurricanes and tornadoes. Sunbeam shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages caused by the breach of any express or implied warranty. Except to the extent prohibited by applicable law, any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose is limited in duration to the duration of the above warranty.
