Introduction
· Do not expose the Sweex Manageable UPS to extreme temperatures. Do not place the device in direct sun light or close to heating elements. [. . . ] Connecting other electronic devices is not recommended and entirely at your own risk. · The UPS has to be charged for eight hours to be able to supply the entire back-up capacity. · The amount of time the Sweex Manageable UPS can supply power to the connected devices after a power failure is always dependant on the load connected to the UPS.

LCD Display
On the LCD display you can see the input and output voltage. The load and battery information are also displayed.
Software installation
1. Place the Sweex CD-ROM in the CD-ROM tray. The installation procedure will be started.
2. In the first window click "Next". At "Company Name" enter any name. At "Serial Number" enter the code found on the case of the Sweex CD-ROM. Use capitals and stripes when needed as indicated. Click "Next" and follow the steps to complete the installation. After installing the software connect the USB cable from the computer to the Sweex Manageable UPS.
