Adding Communities

To add a community:
1 Access the Community Management page. For more information,
see Accessing Community Management.
2 Under Edit Community, press Edit. The management frame displays the Edit Community page as shown in figure 10.

Deleting Communities

To delete communities:
1 Access the Community Management page. For more
information, see Accessing Community Management.
2 Under Edit Communities, press Edit. The management frame displays the Edit Community page as shown in figure 10. 3 Under Delete Community, select the community names you
wish to delete from the list box.
4 Press Delete. A Results page indicates the community has been
deleted.
5 Press OK to return to the Edit Community page.

ALERT E-mail
Remote ALERT E-mail is managed through the following Web pages, accessible using Internet browser software installed on the host computer: · Contact Configuration on page 23 allows you to set up information about the company that owns the library and the primary and secondary contacts. Message Configuration on page 26 allows you set up the mailing lists for e-mail notification of various errors, failures, and activities. E-mail Configuration on page 29 allows you to set up e-mail service information.

1 In the navigation frame, under ALERT E-mail, press Contact Configuration. The management frame displays the Contact Configuration page as shown in figure 11. Note:
Secondary Contact information is below the primary contact information. Scroll down to enter the appropriate information in these fields.

company, or the primary or secondary library administrators. See table 4 for a description of the fields.
Note:
No spaces or quotation marks (") are allowed when entering telephone numbers or e-mail addresses. If spaces are entered, a message indicating Illegal Phone Number appears. Alphabetical characters, parentheses, and dashes are acceptable. An example of a correct telephone entry is (949)555-1212.

1 Access the Message Configuration page. For more information,
