Cleaning the Catalytic Panels If the food remains resist normal cleaning (self-cleaning), then: 1 Remove the panels and leave them to soak as long as is necessary to soften the food residues. 2 Clean the panels, wiping them with a sponge and clean water. 3 Dry the panels and re-assemble them in the oven. 4 Connect the oven for one hour at 250ºC. Caution Do not use commercial cleaning products or abrasive powders on catalytic panels.
