Volume Volume control: use the VOL + / - buttons on the right side of the TV set or press the same buttons on the remote control to increase or decrease the volume. Press this button again or the VOL+ button to Displaying status information In TV mode, press the yellow button (INFO) on the remote control to display the number and name of the channel you are watching, the type of sound, the zoom or format type, sound mute status and the sleep timer status (if active). AV selections loop (32"): AV1/AV1 RGB, AV1 RGB, AV2/AV2-S, AV3/AV3-S YCrCb/YPrPb, , VGA, HDMI/DVI (Depending on model). 14 Zoom In TV mode, you have the option of changing the display format and using the zoom function via the buttons. Here is selections of Zoom: 16/9 sets have the following formats and zoom functions available: 4/3 Format - picture in 4/3 format Zoom 14/9 - picture in 14/9 letterbox format Zoom 16/9 - picture in 16/9 letterbox format Zoom 16/9 up - picture in 16/9 letterbox format moved up for subtitles Cinerama - Cinerama 16/9 Format - picture in 16/9 format 4/3 sets have two formats available: 4/3 format and 16/9 format. Note : The Zoom type can't be change when menu appears on the screen. In Teletext mode, the screen alway 4/3 format but if exiting the Teletext mode, the screen will return the former Zoom level. When user changes the zoom format, the zoom status will appear temporarily at the bottom of the screen. /ÿ Panning function for Zoom In 14/9 Zoom, 16/9 Zoom, or 16/9 Zoom up, user can shift the picture up and down temporarily by using button and the panning icon will display. When the picture reach the upperest positon for the zoom level, the panning icon will show : When the picture reach the lowest positon for the zoom level, the panning icon will show : Last programme Press the RETURN button to return to last watched programme. Freeze Press OK button in TV mode to freeze the picture. Press again OK button to unfreeze the picture. 15 Adjusting the sound X SOUND Return Preset Balance Sound type Auto.
