In order to respect the environment, do not throw used batteries out with household waste. Dispose of them at your nearest recycling centre or at a used battery collection point. Battery compartment POWER SUPPLY Mains power supply ⢠Plug the mains power cord into the socket (7) at the back of the radio. ¢ Then plug the power cord into a mains socket. Battery power supply ⢠Remove the battery compartment (8) cover by sliding it downwards. ⢠Insert 4 LR6 (AA/UM3) 1. 5V batteries, taking care to respect the polarity indicated. ¢ Put the cover (8) back in place. USING THE RADIO ⢠Turn the Volume/On/Off knob (1) downwards to switch the radio on. You will hear a slight âclickâ when you switch the radio on.
