Connected DVRs Creating a Schedule to Discard Normal Alarms 1. Select Tools > Settings > Live Setup. Select the days of the week the schedule is for. Drag the mouse to select the hours of the day to ignore the desired type of alarm. Click Set after each block of time is selected Select the DVRs to apply this schedule to from the list of connected DVRs. Select Tools > Settings > DVR List Setup. Enter a name to identify the DVR in the Server Name box. Enter the IP Address of the DVR in the IP / URL box. Enter the Port number the DVR uses to transfer data. This port is specified in the Network Setup display on the DVR. Enter the user name and password of an authorized remote user. Enter the name of a new group in the Group box ­ or ­ click the arrow to select a previously created group. When finished entering the information, Click Add. Click OK to close the window. Editing a Site 1. Select Tools > Settings > DVR List Setup. Select the site to edit from the DVR list. When finished editing information, click Update. Open the Event Viewer window by clicking Window and then Event Viewer ­ or ­ Click the Event Viewer button at the top of the screen.
