Detailed instructions for use are in the User's Guide.

[. . . ] Maximum economy in the operation of your dryer is achieved through very frugal electricity consumption and short drying times. Energy saving tips To save energy we recommend that you follow these hints: s Try to load the maximum capacity of the machine as small loads are uneconomical. The higher the spin speed, the lower the electricity consumption and the shorter the drying times. Clothes which are dripping wet should not be placed in the dryer. s Do not over-dry laundry, this avoids creasing and saves energy. [. . . ] During the cooling phase, the appliance's heating elements are switched off and the laundry is cooled before the tumble dryer stops automatically in position `0' (end of drying cycle). Do not shorten or interrupt the cooling phase. Leaving warm laundry inside the drum will cause creasing and in some cases permanent damage. 2 "Full tank" light This light lights up when the water container is full or when it has been inserted incorrectly. The programme will be interrupted. 3 Mains-on light The mains-on light is alight during the drying cycle. It switches off at the end of selected drying time. 4 Door opening button To open the door, press this button. Should the door be opened while appliance is working, the tumble dryer will stop functioning. 6 Programme Chart Cotton and linen Heating element - 2400 W Drying time in minutes for laundry spun at 800 rpm 1000 rpm 1200 rpm Type of laundry: Degree of drying Amount of laundry in kg Cotton Towelling Shirts Sheets Hand towels Tablecloths Table napkins 5. 0 95-110 90-105 85-100 Cupboard dry (wardrobe dry) 2. 5 65-75 60-70 55-65 Iron dry (not completely dry; suitable for ironing) 5. 0 80-95 75-90 65-80 2. 5 50-60 45-55 40-50 Synthetics Heating element - 1800 W Amount of laundry in kg 2. 0 Type of laundry: Degree of drying Drying time in minutes for laundry spun at a minimum speed of 650 rpm 30-40 25-35 20-30 25-35 15-25 15-20 Synthetics or mixed fabrics which do not require ironing. This container must be emptied after every cycle, but it can also be emptied during the drying cycle. Should you forget to empty the container, a light will light up on the panel and the drying cycle will stop automatically even if the laundry is not dry yet.
