DRAM Refresh Rate This option specifies the interval between refresh signals to DRAM system memory. The settings are 15. 6 us (microseconds), 7. 9 us, or FR 128 CLKs. DRAM Cycle Time This optional specifies the length of the DRAM cycle time in SCLKs. Addr Setup Time This option specifies the address set up time in SCLKs. If set to Enabled, a new address is set up in the same clock cycle that asserts CS#. If set to Disabled, CS# is asserted in the clock cycle after the address was issued. CAS# Latency This option specifies the number of SCLKs between the time when the Read command is sampled by DRAM and the Whitney Sample reads data from SDRAM. RAS# to CAS# Delay This option specifies the length of the delay inserted between the RAS and CAS signals of the DRAM system memory access cycle if SDRAM is installed. The settings are Auto, 2 SCLKs or 3 SCLKs. S2054 Tomcat i810 43 Chapter 3 BIOS Configuration SDRAM RAS# Precharge This option specifies the length of the RAS precharge part of the DRAM system memory access cycle when SDRAM system memory is installed in this computer. The settings are Auto (AMIBIOS automatically determines the optimal delay), 2 SCLKs, or 3 SCLKs. Display Cache Window Size This option specifies the amount of cache available for the graphics local memory window. CPU Freq Select This option selects the method used to set the CPU frequency. CPU Freq Ratio This option sets the CPU frequency ratio. The settings are between x2 and x8 of the CPU BUS Speed. Initialize Display Cache Memory The settings are Enabled or Disabled. Set this option to Enabled to display cache memory at system boot. Set this option to Disabled to bypass the display cache initialization procedure. Paging Mode Control This option is only available if the Initialze Display Cache Memory option is set to Enabled. Set this option to Open to open paging mode. RAS to CAS This option is only available if the Initialize Display Cache Memory option is set to Enabled. If set to Override, the RAS to CAS delay override is fixed at 2 clocks.
