The appliance does not require to be connected to a wall outlet with grounding prong. Do not place the appliance next to a heater or another source of heat. Instead of natural yoghurt you can also use ready Lactobacillus yoghurt bacteria (yoghurt starter) whose exact dosing guide should be printed on the package. Before use, make sure all the ingredients are fresh and their best before date has not expired. ●● Stir yoghurt thoroughly until smooth. —â— Add yoghurt to the milk and stir thoroughly until you obtain a homogeneous mixture.
