Pressing 3 will set or cancel an area code setting. note · You can not store a Caller ID message if the phone number does not appear in the message. · If there is an incoming call or page, memory storage is canceled and the telephone is set to receive the incoming call or page. · Once a message from the Caller ID list is stored in a memory location, the Caller ID data can be edited. (See page 27. ) Storing Caller ID messages in memory dialing Using the incoming call information (i. e. , Caller ID list), the phone number of the party on the Caller ID list can be stored in memory dialing. CIDCW (Caller ID on Call Waiting) performs the same as regular Caller ID on a Call Waiting number. You must subscribe to the "Caller ID on Call Waiting (CIDCW) service" before you can use the following features. The "Call Waiting" service can also be used independently.
