English 14 Operation Selecting a channel from the channel list Press the OK or LIST buttons while in TV mode. : The current list of channels is then displayed. The DVB tuner always switches to the last programme selected from the favourites list you have chosen. If no favourites list has been created, the PRF+ and PRF- buttons have no function. Info display (Info window) Every time you change to a new channel a window with information on the selected channel is displayed for a few seconds. The length of time that this information is displayed can be set to between 3 and 10 seconds in the system settings menu. The information displayed is as follows: Channel number (from the current list of channels) Channel name A bar indicating how long the current programme has been showing. Symbols for encryption and the availability of sub-titles, dual-channel sound and teletext The info window can be displayed or hidden at any time by pressing the Info button. Press the Info button while the info window is already being displayed to view additional information on the current programme. Press the Info button again to hide the supplementary information window again. Volume control Press the VOL+ or VOL- buttons to set the volume. When the tuner is switched out of stand-by mode, the previous volume setting is readopted. Mute Press the Mute button to turn off sound from the tuner. Press the Mute button again or press any VOL button to turn on the sound again. Operation 15 TV/Radio mode Press the TV/Radio button to switch between TV and radio reception.
