General information
Please read this information carefully and follow all the instructions outlined below. [. . . ] Always ensure that discs are clean and dry before inserting them. Protect discs from heat and direct sunlight. Discs that are dirty, dusty, scratched or deformed can lead to malfunctions. Do not scratch the surface of the disc. Cleaning discs Use a soft, dry cloth to wipe the surface. Always wipe in a straight line from the inside out to the edge. For discs that are extremely dirty, use a soft cloth lightly soaked with isopropanol (isopropyl alcohol). Never use solvents such as benzene, thinners or conventional record cleaner. These substances can destroy the disc surface.

Carefully push the disc into the player's disc slot with the printed side facing upwards until it is drawn in. When the TFT monitor is open, you can swivel the monitor rearwards by a few centimetres with the IN/OUT button on the unit in order to facilitate access to the DVD drive. The player begins playback automatically. Press the e button on the front of the unit. Remove the disc.

If a DVD is already inserted in the player: On the touchscreen, touch the DVD symbol in the OSD menu, or press the MODE button on the TFT monitor or on the remote control repeatedly until "DVD" is displayed. : Disc playback begins.
DVD operation using the touchscreen
During playback: Touch the touchscreen or press the OSD button on the remote control in order to display the OSD menu.
The following information and functions are displayed: 1. Current title number and total number of titles on the DVD as well as current chapter number and total number of chapters in the current title 2. Elapsed playing time of the current title 3. Display of the currently selected subtitles 5. Display of the currently selected audio language 6. Select dialogue language (DVD) or audio channel (VCD) 11. Show further DVD functions

Touch the "NEXT" symbol in order to access further DVD player functions:

Starting/stopping playback
Touch the S symbol on the touchscreen to stop playback. [. . . ] Audio/front output: A power amplifier and additional loudspeakers can be linked to the unit via this connection. The audio signal of the front unit is output via this output. Rear DVD output "DVD OUT": When using a rear monitor, you can connect the DVD-player AV signal to the monitor via this connection. In multi-zone operation, the DVD-player AV signal is output via this output. [. . . ]
