High resolution and quality settings are recommended for printed output and situations requiring the finest detail. Lower resolution and quality images take up less memory space and may be quite suitable for sharing images via e-mail, in a report, or on a web page.

change image resolution and quality settings: Press the power/menu button to display the menu options. Select Record menu by using the or buttons. Press the button to enter the main menu. Select Image size or Image quality by using the or buttons, and press the button. Change the settings with the or buttons and then press the OK button. Press the power/menu button again to exit from the menu mode. Press the shutter button.

Number of recordable images The frame counter indicates the approximate number of images that can be stored in the internal memory (or SD memory card ) at the current image quality and resolution settings. The number of recordable images will vary depending on the recorded subject (scene complexity) and the capacity of the memory card.

RECORD MODE
Recording video clips
The digital video camera records MPEG-4 video at a resolution of 320x240 pixels at a frame rate of 25 fps. Press the power/menu button to turn on your camera.
