Pressure calibration Access the INFO menu (hidden icon) while the sterilizer is idling (open chamber door) and check the pressure readout at atmospheric conditions: At sea level, the pressure readout should be at 0. 00bar with a tolerance of +0. 02/-0. 04bar, thus the pressure should range from +0. 02 to -0. 04bar. Attention: deduct -0. 01bar for every 100m elevation gain!example 1: the ideal pressure at 500 meter elevation is -0. 05bar with a tolerance of +0. 02/-0. 04bar, thus the pressure should range from -0. 03 to -0. 09bar. example 2: the ideal pressure at 1000 meter elevation is -0. 10bar with a tolerance of +0. 02/0. 04bar, thus the pressure should range from -0. 08 to -0. 14bar. If pressure calibration is off, check or replace the pressure transducer - see alarm A140: "Pressure transducer failure" 2. Door gasket, chamber outlet filter, chamber face side o o o Replace the door gasket (moisten new gasket with water for easier placement) Clean the chamber face side Clean the chamber outlet filter 1 2 3 4 5 3. Vacuum alarm troubleshooting TEST A vacuum pump Initiate a vacuum test and disconnect the pump approximately 1. 5 minutes into the cycle (prior to P1). Once the pump is disconnected, access the info-menu and observe the pressure readout: if the pressure remains stable, check the vacuum pump: pump performance problem!if the pressure slowly rises, proceed with tests B E: leakage!
