The knobs can be lifted approx. After cleaning, restore the knob to its original position. - Make sure that the power supply is on. - Turn the hob off and on again, to make sure that the problem has been solved. - Make sure that the knob is not turned to “0”. Turn the multi-pole switch to “Off” for a few minutes and then turn it back to “On”. - disconnect the hob immediately from the power supply.

If any repairs are required, please contact an authorised After Sales Service (to guarantee that original spare parts will be used and repairs carried out correctly).
