OVEN

DEFROST FUNCTION
Ideal for thawing foods to room temperature. - The food should be inserted in the oven in its wrapping to prevent it from drying out. 

FAN FUNCTION
Use this function when cooking food on more than one level (e. g. : fish,  vegetables,  pasta). - Choose foods that require the same cooking time. - Remove the cooked dish and,  if necessary,  continue cooking the other one for as long as required. 

SWITCHING THE OVEN ON
Turn the selector knob to the required symbol.  Turn the thermostat knob clockwise to the required temperature. The red thermostat indicator light switches on.  [. . . ] To use the oven without programming the cooking time,  set the knob to .
