Check for oven burner ignition through the slots in front of the oven bottom and make sure that the burner flame remains alight when the knob is released. The thermostat is equipped with a lock to stop the burner from going out while adjusting the oven temperature from maximum to minimum. To switch off the burner when it is set to the minimum position, gently press the knob and rotate it until the mark on the knob is aligned with the mark on the panel (•). Useful cooking tips For optimum cooking results, pre-heat the oven to the desired temperature before placing the food inside.
