This will prevent the build-up of dirt and make cleaning easier. • Use a clean cloth, absorbent kitchen wipes and washing up liquid or a specific glass ceramic cleaner. • Clean the stainless steel parts with a specific cleaner. • Remove baked-on dirt with a scraper which can be bought separately and a specific cleaning product. • Food encrustations should be cleaned off before they bake onto the griddle. • Do not use abrasive products, bleach, oven-cleaner spray or pan scourers. • Do not leave acid or alkaline substances, such as vinegar, salt or lemon juice, etc. [. . . ] • Do not put any object on the cooktop which can melt with heat such as plastic objects, aluminium foil or foods containing sugar.
