The hood is not extracting satisfactorily: • Check the extraction speed is set to the desired level; • Check the filters are clean; • Check the air vents are not blocked; The light does not work: • Check to see if the lamp needs replacing; • Check to see if the lamp has been fitted properly;

Before calling the After-sales Service: 1. See if you can solve the problem yourself with the help of the “Troubleshooting guide”.
