FAST BOILING FUNCTION This function makes it possible to bring water to the boil fast; the Fast Boiling function remains active for a preset time. Once the preset time has elapsed, the cooktop returns automatically to maximumpower level. The Fast Boiling function can be activated also once you have already started cooking. Warning: Make sure you have placed the pan on the cooking zone before activating the fast boiling function or the glass-ceramic surface may be damaged.
