Using buttons and , move the cursor to preheating. Press button to select the setting: “No” flashes on the display. To change the setting, press or : the display shows “Yes”. Note: in induction mode, preheating is not required. Induction mode requires all cooking operations to have a cold start. If you wish to preheat the oven quickly before inserting food, change the oven’s default selection as follows: 1. Select the fast preheating function using buttons . For roast joints, it is best to add some stock to the bottom of the pan, basting the meat during cooking for added flavour.
