USE THIS FUNCTION for defrosting Meat, Poultry, Fish, Vegetables Bread and fruit. WHEN DEFROSTING it is better to under-thaw the food slightly and allow the process to finish during standing time.
STANDING TIME AFTER DEFROSTING ALWAYS IMPROVES the result since the temperature will then be evenly distributed throughout the food. PLACE BREAD with wrapping on to avoid it becoming soggy. PULL / SLIDE THE SHELF SUPPORT forward to unhook them. Clean the Shelf supports and cavity walls. REFIT THEM by sliding them back on the cavity wall hooks.
