HOW TO OPERATE THE WATER DISPENSER (IF FITTED)
WATER DISPENSER
The refrigerator is fitted with a system that dispenses water without having to open the refrigerator door, meaning energy is not wasted with too many openings of the door. Water tank: The water tank located on the inside part of the door has a 3litre capacity. Filling the tank: • Rotate the opening and fill the tank with water using a jug or taking the tank out. Once it is full, close the spout by turning it back to the original position (closed). Any other liquid may interfere with normal refrigerator operation. Dispensing water: • Press a container or glass against the lever. Keep pressing this lever until you have the amount of water required. • For safety purposes, the system has a block that stops the lever from working and water will not be dispensed if not required. To block the lever, just press the stop behind the lever itself. To release it, move it back to the original position. • To catch any leaks or spills, the dispenser has a drip tray (see figure). Clean and dry the drip tray with a dry cloth. Cleaning the tank: Clean the tank frequently. • Lift the water tank up and out as indicated in the drawing to unhook it. • Set the tank down and release the top part. • Unscrew the outer part of the valve by turning it left. • Use a sponge or soft cloth soaked in water, natural detergent or neutral soap to clean it. Rinse it well and dry with a clean, dry cloth.
Stop Water tank To fill the tank, turn the cap in the same direction as the arrow.
